Apostle Emmanuel Egoh Boko

James Carter
has over 40 years of experience in the real estate business. Currently Mr. Carter is Managing Member of Carter Realty LLC. Previous to Carter Realty, Mr. Carter was Chief Investment Officer of Konover Properties Corporation (2006), with oversight over all investment activity including acquisition and development. Konover Properties, was one of the State’s largest privately held real estate companies with over 75 assets including residential, commercial and hotel assets,. Prior to joining Konover, Mr. Carter was managing principal for five years of Apollo Holdings, a Hartford based real estate development firm. Before forming Apollo Holdings in 2000, Mr. Carter was president of Henderson Investors North America, Inc (HINAI), the North American arm of Henderson Investors, a global money management firm. Prior to Henderson, he served as President of Phoenix Realty Advisors, Inc., the predecessor company to HINAI. HINAI, and (previously Phoenix Realty Advisors) provides real estate money management services to over 40 U.S. pension plans. In addition to Mr. Carter’s role at HINAI, Mr. Carter negotiated, structured and oversaw the corporate investment in two separate real estate operating companies, Phoenix Corporate Services, and Pinnacle Realty Management Inc. Mr. Carter’s overall experience ranges from development, construction management, asset acquisition and investment management. Mr. Carter has served as a Board member of numerous institutional investment companies and has acted as a Board member to numerous non-profit organizations, such as Connecticut Housing Investment Fund, Capital Housing Finance Corporation, Knox Foundation, Mutual Housing Association, the Social Enterprise Trust, and Fresh Start Pallet Products. He holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA degree in Finance.
Richard Carman
Earned a BA from Western, Illinois University in 1971 and a MSW from the University of Illinois in 1977. Mr. Carman’s career focused on working with throughout the US well as nine countries prior to retiring in 2016. During his career he worked primarily as an senior administrator, registered lobbyist in Washington, DC, CEO of three different nonprofits and NGOs. He was instrumental in the creation of IMPACT, and international alliance of five non-profit organizations from the USA, Germany, UK and Norway that assisted small NGOs build on existing services in the disability community. At the same time creating new services that enabled them to become self-sustaining over time often by developing Social Enterprises. While representing IMPACT Mr. Carman worked as a member of a management committee. The team consisted of five international professionals working in eight countries developing financing, program design and supervision of over 20 deployed training staff. Project teams were formed to support children and adults with disabilities services in the Dominican Republic, Romania, Latvia, Russia, India, Bulgaria, Tanzania and Kenya. (after the collapse of the USSR). He was employed throughout these years as a Senior Vice President for International Development by Mosaic, an American based Nonprofit providing services in 13 states. During the last three years of his career, he and his wife Barb split living abroad in Tanzania and Romania. Mr. Carman has also served as a Board member of ANCOR (D.C. based), the ANCOR Foundation, President of KOPA in Latvia, Board Chair of Motivation Romania and held an special appointment a UN on the “rights of individuals with disabilities.” He also created a “think tank” at Mosaic focused on public policy issues in Washington, DC and later founded a Fellows program for post graduate students to work with IMPACT partners for 1 year. Currently he serves as the Vice-Chair and Acting CEO of Fresh Start Pallet Products, a Social Enterprise located in Hartford, CT.
Mr. Fidelis Dogari
was born on the 16th day of May 1974, had his elementary education in Kubacha area of Kagarko Area of Kaduna and later proceeded to (Kagarko) in 1986 for his High School Education. In 1993 he gained admission into the Teacher Training Institute in Kafanchan, kaduna state. After which he proceeded to the University of Jos for his Barclerlor and National Open University of Nigeria where I obtained B. Sc. in Special Education and M. Ed in Educational Technology respectively.
He has been an employee of the Federal Ministry of Education since the year 2000, he is an Assistant Director in the Federal ministry of Education. Mr Fidelis speaks of his passion in life is to help people achieve their full potential and be happy.
Mr. Sarki Philip Ereson
was born on July 7 1982 in Kutahon Daji Kagarko Local Government Area of Kaduna State. He attended LGEA Ruzai 1989-1995, Secondary School: St. John’s College, Katari 1995-2001 before going to Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (BA Hons.) 2004-2009 and University of Ilorin 2012-2015 (MA) Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (PhD) 2019 to Date. He is a lecturer in Kaduna State University, Kaduna 2011 to Date and he teaches in the department of English and Drama with a Specialization in Literature in English he is currently Lecturer I since 2021 to Date. His hobbies include reading, traveling and sports.
Courtney Bourns
Mr. Bourns is a retired Hartford attorney and mediator. A graduate of Tufts University and Duke Law school he served three years in the U.S. Navy. Beginning early in his law practice, and for the 50 years since then, he has served on the Boards of numerous non-profit organizations, both local, regional and international in scope. Serving as Board Chair of a number of them and on the Development Committee of most of them. In the late 1980s he served on two Boards (one a Christian ecumenical committee and the other a lawyers alliance) supporting and advocating the national nuclear arms control movement. In 1990 Mr. Bourns established a multi-faith non-profit restaurant in Hartford, The Gathering Place, for the purpose of offering lunch and brunch to the city’s residents and corporate employees who lived in the suburbs, attracting residents of different faiths to come together to eat, pray and work together to establish inner city programs for Hartford youth. In the 2000s, he served on the two international Boards: Mediators Beyond Borders, Int’l (MBBI) and Vision Health International (VHI) were the international organizations. MBBI is a global peacebuilder developing local skills for peace and promoting mediation worldwide by assisting states, regions and communities to develop the capacity to peaceably address conflicts. Working with international partners such as Rotary International to identify, establish and implement many of its programs. VHI provides vision care to underserved communities in Latin America and elsewhere, including to Native Americans and patients in some of the United States’ major cities. Offering patients comprehensive eye exams, life-altering surgeries, prosthetic eyes, dispensing of eyeglasses and protective eyewear, and more. More recently Mr. Bourns has local Boards, stepping down from the last one in 2022. He enjoys a lifelong passion for tennis and continues to cheer on and support his wonderful children and extended family.
